Series II Scaffold AGVs
Designed for efficient load transfers to flow through load stands. The Series II comes with a lift deck capable of handling loads up to 3,800 lbs. The lift deck is designed with a 6” stroke providing optimum interfacing with stationary load stands. Custom lift decks can also be designed for your application.
Series II Palletising Box Clamp AGVs
Combining palletising and normal pallet pickup operations the Series II forklift AGV’s can be fitted with a rotating fork box grab unit. With the forks rotated 90 degrees vertically they automatically change roles to work as a box clamp. In the normal position the forks act as regular pallet handling forks.
Series II Horizontal Roll Handling AGVs
The Series II forklift AGVs can be built with either standard pallet handling or roll handling forks with a load capacity up to 3,800 Lbs.
Series II Fork Lift AGVs
Sturdy and reliable, the Series II Fork Lift Automatic Guided Vehicle is capable of lifting loads up to 7,000 Lbs and is the ideal choice for heavy load applications.
Series II High Lift Narrow Loader AGVs
For rack storage, warehousing and other narrow aisle applications requiring a high lift. The Series II Automatic Guided Vehicle relies on a hydraulic mast with a reach of 27 feet. The Series II AGV can maneuver in confined areas as narrow as 66”.
Series II Lite Assembly Lift AGVs
Built for tasks requiring a lifting platform ideal for product assembly operations. The Series II Lite Assembly AGVs can lift loads up to 1,100 lbs. with custom lifting positions suitable for a variety of plant assembly tasks. The Lite Assembly AGVs can be fitted with special tooling allowing them to be tailored to the specific applications of the customer.
Series II Scissor Lift AGVs
Created for tasks requiring a low profile automatic guided vehicle. The Series II is equipped with a scissor lift that handles loads up to 3,200 lbs. A vertical lift stroke of 49 inches allows assembly personnel to raise or lower the lift platform to the required height.
Series II Assembly Lift AGVs
The Series II Engine Assembly Lift AGV allows for automation of production line operations in automotive and truck assembly facilities. Our standard unit has a lift capacity of 2,100 lbs. An adjustable lift stroke of 24 inches allows for enhanced ergonomics and greater throughput for assembly line staff.
